Environment Minister Jim Prentice discusses the COP15 negotiations at a breakfast meeting with his advisors on Monday morning. Advisors have been selected from a cross-section of Canadians from various professional backgrounds to provide support and advice to the Minister on a wide range of issues during the negotiations.

Minister Prentice speaks to representatives from Canada's provinces and territories at a working lunch this afternoon. In the lead-up to Copenhagen, Minister Prentice held in depth and extensive consultations with the provinces and territories to discuss Canada's action on climate change. Each province and territory was invited to nominate an official to attend the Copenhagen conference as part of the Canadian delegation, to provide advice to Minister Prentice and Ambassador Martin.
